LIFE QUALITY IMPORTANCE IN HUMAN CAPITAL FORMATION

Background. Changes in the Russian economy aimed at implementation of basic tasks, such as ensuring a high degree of production efficiency, increasing enterprise competitiveness in both domestic and global market, are determined by the level of human capital, which is the main driving force for socio-economic development of modern society.
Materials and methods. The research tasks were implemented on the basis of a study of factors influencing the formation of human capital.
Results. The main structural components of human capital are directly determined by the quality of life, which is not only the most important social category, characterizing the structure of human needs and their satisfaction, but also represents a system concept, defined by the unity of its components: the human as a biological and spiritual being, his/her life and a context in which it occurs.
Conclusions. A high level of education, acting as a key element in formation of human capital, gives rise to formation of quality human capital. Therefore, state support of education, health, social protection of the population will not only increase the quality of life, but will also increase both individual and national human capital in the country.
